Payments & Pricing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe with credit or debit cards. The Small Business package has a fixed-price checkout flow. For project-based services, an order link is sent after the quote is approved.

Yes. You can add your billing address under Settings > Billing in the dashboard. After payment, an automatic receipt is sent to your email via Stripe.

For the Small Business package, a full refund is available if requested before development begins. After development starts, a deduction proportional to completed work applies. For project-based services, refund terms are defined in the contract.

Small Business

An affordable mobile app solution for small businesses. For a one-time fee of $200, a custom iOS and Android app is built for your brand. Optionally, Google Play Store publishing is available for an additional $100. Domain + hosting starts at $80/year.

The standard package is delivered in an average of 7-14 business days. Timing may vary based on selected features and content delivery. An estimated delivery date is communicated after you complete the wizard.

Yes. Three options are available in the wizard: (1) Free Winvestour subdomain, (2) Your own domain — DNS redirect configured, (3) New domain registration guidance. A step-by-step DNS guide is shown in the dashboard.

Account & Dashboard

Register with email & password or sign in with Google in one click at winvestour.com. During the Small Business wizard, a registration step appears automatically mid-wizard if you don't have an account.

View and approve quotes, open support tickets, track your Small Business app status, access receipts, manage billing addresses, and configure notification preferences.

WIN is our built-in AI assistant. It provides instant answers about services, pricing, and processes. Logged-in users get 20 messages per day. It gives context-aware guidance based on the page you're on.

Go to Dashboard > My Quotes to see your project's current status. You'll receive email and in-app notifications on status updates, which are customizable in Settings.

Yes. All our projects include a post-delivery revision phase. For the Small Business package, changes requested within 7 days of delivery are free. For project-based services, revision scope is defined in the contract.
